How to submit appeal for card verification after payment failure?
Normally, system will ask card used for payment under your account base on order history. Please double check if you have information of required card.
In case you don’t have information required, please go to ‘Contact forml’ and indicate it in ‘Message’ field for submission. Related team will check and upate you base on information submitted.
How to check my credit card refund?
1, Check refund status:
The fund is under guaranteed. Please checkthe order details to confirm the refund process under following conditions: order is closed/cancelled after payment, dispute is finished with refund.
1) If the refund is successfully processed, you will receive the refund within 3-20 business days, please contact your bank (provide the ARN number if there is) to follow up the Refund status.
2) If the refund is under processing, which means refund has been issued by AliExpress successfully, we will also speed up the process for you, you can also contact your bank for detailed information.
How can I get a refund if my credit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reason, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is not valid anymore, you may contact the card issuer(your bank or card company) for assistance, for they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
