You can add new shipping address and place order with it.
Before ship out the order
Please contact the seller in time to update correct shipping address. The seller can arrange shipment to the correct one.
Or you can cancel the order and place a new one. Your payment will be fully refunded within 3-20 days after getting seller’s approval.

After ship out the order
After seller ships the parcel, shipping address could not be changed any more. Hope you kindly understand this. Usually, shipping companies will call the contact number on the parcel if it is failed to be delivered.
How do I confirm delivery once I have received my order?
If your order has been successfully delivered and you are satisfied with the item(s), please follow the below steps to confirm delivery:
Step 1: Sign into My Orders and locate your order
Step 2: Click Confirm Goods Received
Please note:
If you don’t confirm delivery, the order will be automatically closed when the Buyer Protection period has ended.
If you haven’t received your order or if you’re not satisfied with it, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute in 15 days after confirming receipt.

I have not received goods in 3-Day Delivery. What can I do?
If the order did not arrive within 3/5/7/10 day, please notice that:

  • The shipping company will try their best to deliver the order within 3/5/7/10-Day Delivery.
  • If the order did not arrive within 3/5/7/10 day, please wait until the Buyer Protection Time ends (the remaining protection time is displayed in the form of a countdown clock on My Orders page).
  • If you still have not received goods when the Buyer Protection time ends, you will have 15 days to apply for a refund.

Why did the estimated delivery countdown time or buyer protection time extend to 60/90 days?
The delivery time of the in-transit orders shipped from Mar. 1st will be extended another 15-30 days, the total estimated delivery countdown time / buyer protection time is extended to 60/90 days.
We will extend the reception countdown to ensure your order reception and payments. If not received then, you can open a dispute to apply for a refund.
Kindly suggest waiting in patience and we apologize for any caused inconvenience. Your understanding will be highly appreciated!

How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order?
After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed.
If you placed order with wrong information, please contact the seller before the order is shipped out, and suggest seller to ship with correct information.

You can also cancel order before the order is shipped out.
If your package is already sent out, please contact local express company for this issue.
How do I manage my shipping address(es)?
Step 1. Sign into your account and visit My Orders or open Shipping Address Management page;
Step 2. Add/Edit/Delete your addresses
Step 3. “Save” the modification.
Note:
TEN addresses at most could be added under one account
You can also select “Set as default” and save it to set your default shipping address. The default address will be displayed automatically when you place an order.
Why I cannot save shipping address?
If you receive error message ‘Please enter English only’:
Please check whether your shipping address include non-English letters (like é), and replace the non-English words with similar English character (like e).
If you receive error message ‘Please update your address in order to be able to place an order’:
Please visit “My Order-Shipping Address” page to check whether any information is missed out there. If yes, please fulfil necessary information as required.
If you cannot find your state or city from dropdown list:
Please choose “other” firstly at the bottom of dropdown list and input detailed address in the next filed to save for ordering.
How can I change my birthday on my cheapbargainshopping account?
Please be advised that the Date of Birth is related to member rewards, it cannot be changed as rules.
If you indeed register account using wrong birthday and have not got related rewards, please contact us via Online Service with A copy of your personal ID or passport for change.

    ⦁ On the next page, enter your new email address, and also click on “Click here to receive verification code” to receive a verification code in your new email;
