Accessories as RAM, SSD, we use famous brand:  samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingston, phison, Longsys etc, What brand we use depends on our test and our stock.

2. We can’t control the delivery time because it is processed by Third-party service. If the parcel has not arrived within expected time, please contact us, we will extend the delivery date before opening dispute.
3. Normally we ship for free by faster delivery mode such as DHL, EMS, Fedex, our express agent special line, etc. It depends on different countries and different cases. But for those remote areas, we have to ship for free by registered postal mail, it will be slower than EMS, DHL, Fedex, etc. You can also add extra fees for DHL, EMS, Fedex, etc. faster shipment ways, thanks for understanding. All goods will be packed well to make sure they arrive in high condition.
1. Normally we declare item as “ALL IN ONE PC” or “PANEL PC” with real value, the Buyers are fully responsible for paying fees involving such as dispatching fees, storage costs, brokerage, taxes or VAT etc.
